At the forefront of medical discovery as it relates to understanding the causes of obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, cancer and dementia, Pennington Biomedical Research Center is a campus of Louisiana State University and conducts basic, clinical and population research. Pennington Biomedical Research Center, a research facility of the Louisiana State University System, is seeking to hire a Scheduling Coordinator in the Clinical Trials Unit.
The Scheduling Coordinator plays a key role in supporting clinical research studies by managing participant check-ins and scheduling appointments. This entry-level position ensures smooth and timely communication with study volunteers, assists in preparing for daily clinic operations, and provides general administrative support to the research team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable interacting with participants in a professional and friendly manner.
