Manager Global Indirect Sourcing

Step into a global leadership role that drives impact!

We’re looking for our next Manager Global Indirect Sourcing to take over as Lars-Erik Gustafsson is heading into retirement. This is a unique opportunity to lead a global team and shape the future of indirect sourcing at Epiroc—creating value, enabling change, and building a sustainable sourcing strategy for tomorrow.

About the role

This is a strategic, senior sourcing leadership role, where you will shape how Epiroc manages its global indirect spend. As Manager Global Indirect Sourcing, you’ll lead a team based in Örebro, Kalmar, and South Africa, while working closely with our broader global Indirect Sourcing network.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive sourcing excellence across key indirect categories, including IT, Travel, 3PL, and Professional Services globally.
  • Lead the full scope of Indirect Spend in the Nordic region, ensuring control, efficiency, and value.
  • Set the strategic direction for the function, while managing performance and developing the team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Epiroc to ensure early involvement, compliance, and long-term sourcing impact.
  • Increase spend visibility and spend under management across Epiroc globally.
  • Drive organizational development to ensure value realization from sourcing strategies.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
  • Support the integration of newly acquired companies and Customer Centers by providing training and guidance on Epiroc’s indirect sourcing processes.

Your profile

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on sourcing leader with strong business acumen and an inclusive leadership style. You build trust across functions and cultures, translate business needs into sourcing actions, and thrive in a role where you both lead and execute.

You bring:

  • Experience from a sourcing or procurement leadership role, ideally in a global and cross-functional setting.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse, international teams and build a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Experience driving change and engaging stakeholders across functions and geographies.
  • A growth mindset and a proactive approach to continuous improvement
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Location

Flexible, with a preference for candidates based in North America or Europe.
