The WWFBA Central Analytics team is dedicated to building centralized analytics and data engineering infrastructure using GenAI. Our mission is to deliver scalable data solutions that unify sources of truth, bridge gaps, and reduce operational complexity. We drive incremental improvements while advancing towards long-term strategic goals.
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support our next generation of analytics solutions, including a Generative AI-powered insights assistant that transforms how FBA teams access and act on data. This role is critical to ensuring our products deliver accurate, actionable insights that meet the needs of diverse business stakeholders.
You will work at the intersection of business and technology — gathering and validating requirements, designing and refining prompts for our GenAI solutions, and implementing robust feedback loops to continuously improve the insights experience. Your work will ensure that our AI solutions are deeply aligned with business priorities, use cases, and context.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
