AWS GCR Marketing Tech is looking for a Senior Product Manager - Technical to own and drive products within AWS China, with a particular focus on integrating and optimizing GenAI solutions. You will work with both local and global stakeholders to define requirements, gain alignment and build solutions. Additionally, you will contribute to roadmap building for engineering teams.

Key job responsibilities

• Define and manage product feature requirements, writing PRFAQ and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Lead the strategy and implementation of GenAI solutions across marketing technology products, ensuring alignment with both global standards and local market needs.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to leverage GenAI technologies to improve marketing effectiveness, content generation, and customer experience.
• Develop and maintain feature roadmaps that align with customer needs and business objectives.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams, customers, and partners to gather feedback and ensure successful product delivery.
• Use data and customer insights to prioritize feature development and make informed product decisions.
• Work with engineering teams to define and implement features that enhance user experience and drive growth.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and support successful product launches.
• Monitor product feature performance and adjust strategies based on key metrics and market feedback.

AWS GCR (Greater China Region) Marketing Tech team is an organization that consolidates our current technical investments in Marketing Tech area, focusing on four broad missions: 1) Deliver delightful and localized experiences to educate & inspire prospects and customers cross channels, 2) Provide GCR Marketing with compliant data infrastructure and tools to ensure business continuity, 3) Establish a data-driven measurement framework aligned with global standards, emphasizing actionable metrics that directly guide strategic planning and decision-making, and 4) Leverage AI/ML to optimize both quality and volume of conversions across the lead-to-revenue funnel. We work closely with AWS global Marketing Tech and China's local Marketing and Sales Business teams to innovate and create the best B2B digital marketing solutions in the world. With the rapid advancement of Generative AI, the team is strategically positioned to leverage these technologies to revolutionize marketing technology solutions. We're actively incorporating GenAI capabilities across our platform to enhance content creation, personalization, and customer engagement while maintaining compliance with local regulations.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of technical product management with internet business experience
• 5+ years of working as a Technical Product Manager experience
• 3+ years of technical (software development, network development, IT, other related) experience
• Experience in taking a product from conception & definition phase through engineering design and taking it to market
• Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products where you are responsible for the full product lifecycle, from concept through GTM (go to market)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations
• Experience working within teams delivering software products and features using agile methodologies
