What you´ll do
- Lead a team of up to 20 employees, to support the needs of the facility by providing guidance, removing constraints, and inspiring performance.
- Be a first point of contact for direct reports for timekeeping, policies, performance, scheduling, and other employment-related issues to provide clarification, instruction, or solutions.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment that reinforces the Henkel Code of Conduct and Company Values.
- Maintain awareness and proactively manage all factors contributing to KPI’s such as Safety, Production, Employee Development, and Labor Costs.
- Facilitate daily activities to ensure team members effectively troubleshoot process upsets/ incidents, identify root cause, identify courses of action, decide optimal course of action and actively manage corrective measures and/or solution implementation.
- Use various systems and tools (Microsoft Office, Excel, SAP) to optimize performance, communicate status/expectations, and manage inventory, hours, and supplies.
What makes you a good fit
- B.S. degree in Manufacturing, Business or Engineering-related field preferred.
- 2-3 years in a manufacturing environment required.
- Direct supervision experience including coaching, motivating, team building; performance evaluation, time & attendance, discipline, employment selection, retention, termination.
- Must have strong computer literacy skills/ functional ability for process management, business performance reporting and communication (Microsoft Office, SAP).
- Strong technical problem solving to include troubleshooting activities relating to equipment failures, process issues, quality and/or environmental issues.
- Meet requirements to become full face respirator fit tested.

The salary for this role is $77,400.00 - $107,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
