Field Service Technician

Job Description

Seeking skilled individuals to install CO2 safety monitors on CO2 tanks at various customer locations including restaurants, convenience stores, and other service industry sites throughout New Hampshire. Candidates must supply their own tools, ladder, and vehicle for travel.

Responsibilities

• Follow all company safety and operational policies, procedures, and directives from Supervisor.
• Maintain telephone communication with supervisor and/or dispatch to provide timely ETAs and completion updates.
• Perform installations of CO2 gas detection systems and associated cabling.
• Test and troubleshoot issues with network communication.
• Conduct thorough inspections of cable lines to ensure the system is functioning correctly.

• Ability to work independently with personal tools and vehicle.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to Standard Operating Procedures and ability to follow directions.
• Mechanical aptitude and installation skills.
• Experience in service, troubleshooting, maintenance, and field service.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret established technical procedures or governmental regulations.
• Ability to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Effective communication of installation challenges verbally and by email to supervisor.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pembroke, New Hampshire.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
