We are seeking for a motivated and detail-oriented Field Excellence Program Manager to support the APAC GTM organization in driving strategic initiatives, optimizing processes and ensuring seamless execution of key sales programs. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in program management, cross-functional collaboration, and business operations within a dynamic, high-performance tech environment.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills, a passion for process improvement, and an eagerness to learn about GTM strategies, project management and business operations. You will work closely with senior Program Managers, sales, marketing, and operations teams to help streamline workflows, track project milestones, and contribute to data-driven decision making.
