Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Invoice to Cash – Global Process Owner!

The Global Process Owner for Invoice to Cash is essential for driving efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations. By optimizing processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and leveraging technology, the GPO ensures that the organization maintains healthy cash flow and strong client relationships. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of financial processes.

Responsibilities

  • Process Management and Optimization:

o Oversee the entire invoice to cash process, ensuring it aligns with organizational goals.

o Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

o Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

o Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, finance, and customer service to ensure seamless operations.

o Act as a liaison between different departments to resolve any process-related issues.

  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

o Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the invoice to cash process.

o Regularly analyze data and generate reports to provide insights into process performance.

o Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

  • Technology and Automation:

o Leverage technology solutions to automate manual processes and improve efficiency.

o Collaborate with IT teams to implement new systems or upgrade existing ones.

  • Compliance and Risk Management:

o Ensure all processes comply with relevant regulations and company policies.

o Identify potential risks in the process and develop strategies to mitigate them.

  • Team Leadership and Development:

o Lead a team of professionals responsible for various aspects of the invoice to cash process.

o Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in finance operations, particularly in invoice to cash processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in financial software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing teams.
