What You'll Do:

  • Lead and Inspire: Manage a local team to develop automated integration and system tests, ensuring test cases are meaningful, maintainable, and well-aligned with product goals
  • Lead Global: Ensure consistency of quality and performance of the global team by aligning standard methodologies in process, tools, and engineering development.
  • Develop Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies for embedded software, ensuring thorough coverage and robust performance.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with embedded software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality, cybersecurity-compliant embedded software.
  • Innovate: Utilize the latest testing tools and methodologies to enhance our testing processes and improve efficiency.
  • Report: Provide detailed reports and metrics on testing activities, highlighting areas for improvement and ensuring transparency.

Who You Are: You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to driving continuous improvement. You have excellent communication skills and can articulate complex technical concepts clearly.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Experience: Proven experience in embedded software testing and quality assurance, with a minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of embedded systems, software development lifecycle, and unit, integration, and system test methodologies.
  • Tools: Proficiency in using testing tools such as JIRA, DevOp, and automated testing frameworks.
  • Legal Authorization to work in the United States – sponsorship will not be provided

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Experience with Agile development practices.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and compliance.
  • Experience leading an embedded product development team
