Why You Will Love this Job:

Rehlko is looking for a detail oriented and outgoing individual as a Materials Coordinator. As a Materials Coordinator, you will schedule, plan, coordinate, and expedite shipments through the Mosel finished goods facility.

Specific responsibilities:

  • Plan expedites and controls all products under his/her responsibility using Sap.
  • Verifies stock availability for finished goods & loose accessories.
  • Monitor incoming truck gate Mosel.
  • Expedites hot orders for customers and parts needed from Mosel facility.
  • Generates proper shipping paperwork.
  • Develop reports, initiates correspondence, work on special projects, or performs
  • other duties as directed by the supervisor.
  • Coordinates product flow, audits shop floor system, and continue liaison with floor
  • Supervision and material truckers.
  • Monitor and review requirements and schedules daily.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Basic understanding of Shipping/traffic.
  • Experience in shipping preferred.
  • Experience with SAP preferred.
  • Must be able to make sound decisions.
  • Must be able to work under stress.

The salary range for this position is $ 25.55-31.95 hourly working on 1st Shift. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
