This is an exciting opportunity to join a global-facing team that delivers high-impact projects for some of the world’s biggest travel brands. You’ll play a key role in shaping how new products and solutions are launched, working across departments and geographies in a role that’s dynamic, visible, and full of variety.

What’s the job?

• You’ll join our Solutions Delivery team within Global Programs, supporting some of the world’s most recognized travel brands.
• You’ll manage and coordinate projects and initiatives that improve customer experience, streamline operations, and launch new travel insurance products across the globe.
• You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to manage deliverables, support UAT/testing, and ensure initiatives stay on track.
• You’ll handle cross-functional coordination—partnering with finance, IT, operations, and compliance—helping to troubleshoot issues, manage timelines, and drive project outcomes.
• You’ll contribute to a highly collaborative, supportive, and dynamic team that values flexibility, continuous learning, and shared success.

What are we looking for?

• You’ll have 3+ years of experience of Project Management experience. Formal PM not required, but strong cross-team coordination is a must.
• You’ll be an excellent communicator who’s comfortable working across functions and with global partners.
• You’ll bring a problem-solving mindset, whether it’s reconciling data, clarifying requirements, or pulling together testing needs.
• You’ll be highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups with minimal direction.
• You’ll thrive in fast-paced, shifting environments where collaboration and adaptability are key to success.
