We are currently seeking a Director of Engineering to join our Engineering team. This role is available to candidates across Canada and the US. If you are local to one of our hubs (Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto) you will be expected to be in office minimum twice per week on one of our Anchor Days.

The full salary range* for this role is $208,000 to $260,000 to $312,000 CAD.Please note salary bands may differ based on location and local currency. Additionally, benefit offerings may differ depending on the employee's location.
In addition, this role is eligible for variable pay that is based on company performance, with actual payout amounts calculated and paid on a quarterly basis.
