Job purpose
This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in Demand Planning and Consensus Forecasting processes while making a meaningful impact within a world-leading pharmaceutical company. As the Demand Planning and Consensus Forecasting Process Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing GSK’s global forecasting processes. By driving alignment between Global Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial teams, your work will ensure accurate, data-driven forecasts that support strategic decision-making and improve supply chain efficiency.
This role provides the opportunity to Influence GSK’s global forecasting strategy by inputting into the roadmap for end-to-end Demand Planning processes as well as driving innovation by continuously improving process adoption, execution, and process capability across volume and value planning elements. You will build collaboration across diverse teams and geographies to deliver consistent, scalable processes. This will contribute to GSK’s mission of improving patient access to life-saving medicines by enabling reliable supply chain and financial planning. You will work closely with key stakeholders across GSK’s Global Supply Chain GPO team, Finance community, and Commercial functions, bringing your expertise to enhance systems and processes that operate optimally across the organization.
