Pre-Assembly Operator

YOUR OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a highly motivated operator to join our conveyors assembly team in Santa Maria da Feira. According to company procedures and lean methodology, the Pre Assembly Operator assembles the components, groups and modules of our equipments and contributes to all the activities performed in the workshop. Our Santa Maria da Feira site in Portugal is one of our main production centres. It specialises in the manufacture of conveyors and packaging equipment, thus contributing to our mission of providing high-quality solutions to our customers all over the world. This site is equipped with the latest technologies and offers a stimulating working environment.

YOUR MISSION

• Mechanical assembly, bend of raw materials, cut and drill skills
• Interpret and work from mechanical drawings and technical documentation
• Knowledge about mechanical components (gears, chains, bearings, shafts)
• Use manual and power tools safely and effectively

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience in the assembly or maintenance of mechanical systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Knowledge of mechanical components and assembly techniques
• Pneumatics, hydraulics, and basic welding (MIG/TIG) skills are a plus
• SAP basic skills as user is a plus
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and teamwork
• Ability to work independently and follow clear technical instructions
• Commitment to following company safety standards and values
