About this Position

As we embark on the next phase of our transformation and improve our global HCM system, we are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Lead E2E Processes Workday. In this role, you will oversee the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the HCM system, ensuring alignment with IT and HR processesHaving the oversight on IT implementation as well configure the system, testing and transitioning to go live.

What you´ll do

  • Analyze and oversee detailed functional requirements in alignment with HR and the implementation partner
  • Configure the Workday HCM system to meet functional requirements and beeing in IT standards
  • Ensure proper testing for a stable reliable IT solutions
  • Work closely with HR, IT colleagues, external consulting and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth implementation
  • Maintain documentation for system configurations and user guides
  • Prepare IT operations for Workday HCM Solution

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with HCM systems, with a strong background in functional configuration, implementation, and optimization
  • Experience with Workday Platform or similar is highly desirable and certification for at least one Workday module, Familiarity with methodologies like Agile or Waterfall is a plus
  • Deep knowledge of HCM system modules, including payroll, benefits, talent management, performance management, and learning
  • Experience managing HCM system projects, including system configurations, testing, and post-implementation support and proficiency in using HCM system reporting tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage expectations
  • Fleuncy in English
