数据运维开发工程师（财险监管报送）

Main function of job:

• Responsible for data operations and development related to property insurance, ensuring data quality and security.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of regulatory reporting systems, supporting daily regulatory data reporting needs.
• Interface with the EAST system and Policy Registration Platform, handling data extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), and reporting.

Main job responsibilities:

• Monitor data anomalies, analyze issues, and troubleshoot problems encountered during the data reporting process.
• Optimize and improve reporting processes to enhance efficiency and automation.
• Collaborate with business, compliance, and other relevant departments to meet both regulatory and internal data reporting requirements.
• Prepare and maintain related technical documentation and operation manuals, supporting knowledge sharing within the team.

Your Skills and Experience

• Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science or related discipline is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Automation Test Engineer.
• Understanding of regulatory data reporting policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Practical experience interfacing with the EAST system and Policy Registration Platform for data reporting.
• Proficient in SQL and mainstream databases (such as Oracle, MySQL, etc.), with skills in data modeling and ETL development.
• Familiar with scripting languages such as Python and Shell, with experience in automating operations and development tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a sense of responsibility and attention to detail..

6. 熟悉Python和Shell等脚本语言，具有自动化操作和开发任务的经验。
7. 具有较强的沟通和团队合作能力，责任心强，注重细节。
