What will you do:
As a Full Stack Engineer, we require you to demonstrate strong hands-on experience and drive the platform you’re contributing to by constantly evolving and adopting best practices. You will also represent front-end teams in architecture forums and lead by example.
- Collaborate with multiple partners on the project and liaison between technical and business teams.
- Responsible for end-to-end integration to solve complex designs and interactions.
- Adapting to JS frameworks & writing WordPress plugins to support our interactive website initiatives
- Working closely with user experience designers, graphic designers, fellow software engineers, and quality engineers to meet measurable goals
- Translating wireframes into prototypes and production-ready code using CSS and semantic HTML markup compatible with major browsers
- Discussing technical solutions with team members and providing innovative, new ideas
- Continually seeking to develop yourself by learning new technologies and keeping abreast of industry trends
- Act as the impulse by providing clear guidance to the team’s questions during the implementation phases
- Interest in learning, teaching, and growing with the team
Who are you:
- Strong understanding with 3+ years of experience in HTML5, CSS, React, React Hooks, Angular, JavaScript (ES6 and beyond), TypeScript, etc.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in custom WordPress development is a must.
- Exposure to technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, API Gateways, Service Workers, CDN, etc., is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and writing skills; ability to produce clear, concise communications and documentation.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Unit Testing, Git, CI/CD using Jenkins.
- Familiarity with analytics framework, viz. GTM, Hotjar, etc.
- Excellent conceptual and critical thinking capabilities
- Self-directed and self-motivated with the ability to take charge or play a supporting role
- Mobile app technologies such as React Native is a plus
- Experience with PWA and SPAs is a plus
- Familiarity with tools such as Figma/Sketch, etc., is a plus.
