Job Description We are seeking a strategic Observability Lead to spearhead AWACs SRE tooling transformation. This role involves evaluating and recommending modern alternatives to Datadog and LogicMonitor, conducting gap analysis, and leading the implementation of selected tools across AWS, Azure, and Databricks environments. The ideal candidate will bring deep monitoring expertise and leadership in tool selection, integration, and rollout.

Key Responsibilities

Lead analysis of current monitoring tools (Datadog, LogicMonitor)

Identify and evaluate SRE tool alternatives (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, Dynatrace)

Architect and implement chosen solutions across cloud and data platforms

Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure seamless integration
