The candidate for this position as the Manager Financial Operations Reporting be a critical member of the finance team and a principle financial advisor to our businesses and senior management. This individual will be responsible for reviewing and validating financial results for actuals, forecast, and budget submissions. This position is a unique blend of financial planning and analysis with classic accounting skills. This individual will analyze, classify, and review financial data and provide interpretation of results for use by all levels of management.
The candidate will work closely with corporate personnel and will be a key point of contact for operating companies (Opcos) regarding accounting and reporting issues. Career progression opportunities exist within the finance groups of our OpCos as well as the corporate finance group in financial planning and analysis as well as controllership roles.
This position is part of the Finance and Accounting Department and will be located in Washington, DC. The role reports to the Senior Director – Corporate Finance & Accounting with significant interaction with the Vice President – Corporate Controller, CAO, Director, SEC Reporting, Director – Investments & M&A Accounting, Senior Manager – OneStream, Senior Director – FP&A, Director – Treasury Accounting, and OpCo CFOs.

The salary range for this role is $120,000 to $145,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer a comprehensive package of benefits, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan to eligible employees.
Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, benefits, or any other form of compensation and benefits that are allocable to a particular employee remain in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
