Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra Dev Specialist with 5 to 8 years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM ITAM and ITOM. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on optimizing IT service management and asset management processes. This role requires a proactive approach to enhance operational efficiency and ensure seamless IT operations.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions to streamline IT service management processes and improve efficiency.
Oversee the integration of ServiceNow ITAM to manage and optimize IT assets throughout their lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ServiceNow ITOM solutions align with business objectives and enhance operational performance.
Provide technical expertise in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet specific business needs.
Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IT service management and asset management.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications to maintain system reliability.
Document and maintain detailed records of system configurations and changes for future reference.
Train and support end-users to maximize the effective use of ServiceNow solutions.
Participate in regular reviews and audits to ensure the integrity and security of IT systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements to leverage new capabilities.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes and workflows to support organizational goals.
Qualifications
Possess a strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM ITAM and ITOM with proven experience in implementation and support.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Show proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements.
Have a keen eye for detail and the ability to document system configurations accurately.
Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends.
Experience in a hybrid work model ensuring flexibility and adaptability in various work environments.
Certifications Required
Certified ServiceNow System Administrator ITIL Foundation Certification
