Job Title: Electronics Engineer

Job Description

Key activities will include developing and releasing products, identifying product performance limitations, and establishing roadmaps for improvement. This is an exciting, hands-on role with significant growth potential.

Responsibilities

  • Identify impediments to improved performance through a deep understanding of sensors and instrumentation, and develop new architectures and circuits to advance technology.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues to root cause and support the product team in resolution.
  • Develop and release new vacuum sensing products that deliver market advantages in performance, cost, and size.
  • Participate as a key member of multi-disciplinary product teams with responsibility for electronics development and release.

  • Electrical engineering
  • Hardware design
  • Analog and low noise electronics design
  • Microprocessor exposure
  • Product development experience taking a product through the entire life cycle

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Low noise power supply experience
  • Communication signals (BUS) such as I2C, CAN bus, SPI, USB
  • Multidisciplinary product experience
  • Experience with analog circuit design
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Experience with sensors and instrumentation, vacuum systems, or semiconductor capital equipment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering with 6+ years of experience; advanced degree preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $160000.00/yr.
