Ever wondered what it feels like to be a Technology Delivery Manager in Netcompany?

Joining us as a Technology Delivery Manager, you will have the opportunity to be part of and lead our highly skilled engineering teams driving large-scale transformation projects for the growing Public Sector Business Unit at Netcompany.

We collaborate closely with public sector clients to deliver sustainable and impactful projects that enhance digital transformation and improve public services.

As a Technology Delivery Manager you will:

• Manage the implementation of large-scale IT projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline and budget while maintaining a strong focus on quality.
• Lead the hiring, scaling and development of the delivery team by building the necessary skills to meet project demands and future growth while supporting team members through coaching and mentorship.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, resolving challenges and ensuring resources are effectively allocated to deliver results.
• Track delivery performance, analyze delivery metrics and implement targeted process improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
• Act as a liaison for client engagements, addressing specific needs and ensuring seamless collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Academic background in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Extensive experience managing the delivery of large-scale IT projects or services.
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to inspire, mentor and scale high-performing teams to meet evolving project needs.
• Solid technical knowledge of software development lifecycles, IT infrastructure, and relevant concepts to effectively support and oversee project delivery.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to navigate complex challenges in dynamic, cross-functional environments.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with a results-driven mindset.
• Experience working in Public Sector related projects would be advantageous.
