Your Job

• Project Management, it includes to responsible that the projects against schedule, cost and profit are planned, be controlled and monitored, that differences are detected timely and appropriate actions be initiated.
• New business opportunities assessment and management.

What You Will Do

• Manage projects, set-up project team, leading cross functional activities with project team over different work streams to execute projects and achieve project goals.
• Project timeline management, build and track timeline to meet customer expectations.
• Project scope and financial management, to make sure scope of work is well managed and cost within budget.
• Project resource management, to meet project needs duly.
• Project risk management.
• Customer and internal communication window.
• Set up and maintain projects in Celoxis and ERP.
• Ensure appropriate project/program management processes, tools and methodologies are applied effectively.
• New business opportunities assessment, and management, proactive involvement and support to win new business opportunities from customers.
• Maintain project adherence to regulations and quality requirements.
• Follow EHS related laws, regulations, and company's EHS related
• management regulations, timely report potential risk, and propose safety
• improvement suggestions; For management position, be responsible for EHS management of the department/team.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisors

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor or above.
• More than 10 years’ working experience in Project Management or related
• Fluent English in writing and speaking; strong communication, -coordination, -negotiation, -leadership skills.
• Have confident, educated decision making, time management and prioritization skill.
• Have strong knowledge and skills on the project financial, cost control and contract/agreement review.
