Who We’re Looking For:

✅ Prior Highline Automotive Desk Manager or Finance Manager Experience REQUIRED

✅ Minimum 3 years of proven success in closing deals and coaching sales teams

✅ A leader who can mentor, motivate, and inspire their team to hit and exceed goals

✅ Process-driven with full understanding of the finance process

✅ Polished, professional, and customer-focused

✅ Velocity-minded, results-driven attitude

✅ Strong organizational and communication skills
