The primary purpose of the IT Systems Analyst (m/w/d) is to ensure the seamless integration and functionality of IT systems within the organization. The role is responsible for analyzing system requirements and addressing any system-related issues to optimize performance. It involves collaborating with various departments to understand their IT needs and translating these into technical specifications. The IT Systems Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting digital transformation initiatives by implementing modern technologies and automation solutions. The position contributes to enhancing the company's digital ecosystem, ensuring efficient and effective IT operations.

How you create impact

  • Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers, testers and the team to follow.
  • Collaborate with vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to collect requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
  • Analyze and document system requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
  • Prepare and organize alignment meetings to find and present solution designs.
  • Develop process flow diagrams to illustrate system functionalities and workflows.
  • Work together with vendor support on all issues with commercial applications.
  • Create and maintain detailed and clear project documentation.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues, providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime.

What we would like you to bring

  • Degree in Information Technology or proven experience, with at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a System Analyst.
  • Proficiency in system analysis and design methodologies, with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and software development.
  • Proven ability to understand business requirements, assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions in the form of high-quality software design.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships is essential.
  • Good English communication skills, both written and spoken, as well as negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of database technologies (Oracle and Postgres are preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of Python or other scripting languages is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are necessary.
