Our hybrid work model (3 days in the office) gives us the face-to-face time to have creative conversations, meaningful meetings, make quick decisions and build relationships. At the same time, it offers the flexibility you need to focus and do your best work.

About the team & role:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Front-End Developer to join our team at GEN. If you thrive on creating dynamic, user-friendly web content and are eager to work with cutting-edge technologies, we’d love to hear from you.

Objectives:

• Develop and implement new user-facing features that enhance the overall user experience.
• Ensure the technical feasibility and optimization of UI/UX designs.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code to support scalable development.
• Maintain and improve existing web content to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Innovate and introduce new methods to boost efficiency and streamline processes.

Competencies:

• Front-End Development Proficiency (Demonstrates at least two years of practical experience building and maintaining front-end applications, with a solid grasp of modern development workflows and tools).
• HTML & CSS Expertise (Applies strong knowledge of HTML and CSS to develop accessible, responsive, and visually consistent user interfaces).
• JavaScript Mastery (Writes clean, maintainable JavaScript code following best practices, with a deep understanding of language fundamentals and design patterns).
• Asynchronous Programming Skills (Manages asynchronous data operations effectively using modern JavaScript techniques such as promises and async/await).
• Version Control Fluency (Utilizes Git for source control, including branching, merging, and pull requests, supporting collaborative development in team environments).
• React Familiarity (Preferred) Experience working with the React framework to build component-based UIs and manage application state is considered a strong plus.
