DESCRIPTION

The EU ATS Network Operations (NetOps) team is looking for a Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives to optimize Amazon's inbound supply chain operations. Drive cross-functional collaboration to reduce backlog costs, improve fleet capacity planning, and enhance network efficiency.

As a PM, you will be working on multiple large-scale initiatives. You will drive highly ambiguous and complex problems to deliver actionable results and collaborate with other teams to maximize impact. The role is inherently cross-functional and the responsibilities include working across organizations and engaging with other Project/Program Managers, Senior Leadership from Sort Centers, etc.

Key job responsibilities

• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to reduce inbound backlog costs
• Standardize definitions and processes across Supply Chain and ST Fleet organizations
• Optimize Maximum Holding Capacity (MHC) inputs for improved capacity management
• Integrate ST costs into Inbound Execution (IBET) lever decisions
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve network efficiency and reduce operational costs
• Analyze complex supply chain data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Develop and implement scalable solutions for fleet capacity planning

About the team

The ATS Network Operations (NetOps) team drives excellence across Amazon's European transportation network. As a critical bridge between specialized teams, NetOps provides an E2E perspective on network challenges and opportunities. Our mission is to create Europe's fastest, most accurate, and efficient transportation network while optimizing diverse flows including Middle Mile Multi-Use, Transportation, and other network flows. The team focuses on cross-functional integration, performance optimization, and cost efficiency.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
• Experience in program or project management
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Experience leading process improvements
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
