The IN Private Brands team is looking for a customer-obsessed Sr. Ops Excellence Manager to help drive one of the most exciting growth engines for Private Brands at Amazon.in. In this role, you will lead multiple categories end to end - owning the Ops Excellence charter to drive Speed, Availability and Cost to Serve for products/brands under Private Brands by driving structural processes, mechanisms and product solves.

  • Driving various input metrics on Ops Excellence to drive business growth
  • Designing and implementing new processes to help scale our business.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about products, have strong negotiation skills. S/he should excel in both strategic thinking and tactical execution, as responsibilities range from new products/brands to enabling growth of existing portfolio. The candidate should also feel comfortable dealing with ambiguity and working in a very entrepreneurial environment.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of with Excel experience
  • 5+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience
  • Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of professional or military experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Access or SQL
  • Experience using data to influence business decisions
  • Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration
  • Experience with business analysis and P&L management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
