Your Impact

You will join OrgLab, which is part of our People & Organizational Performance (POP) practice, in our Lisbon or Prague office.

OrgLab offers a suite of organizational design tools to support companies considering major organizational restructuring. We work with companies undergoing a merger or acquisition, significant expansion, or headcount reduction. OrgLab identifies opportunities to create a more effective organization, as well as support in designing the organization of the future and implementing it.

You will support the delivery of OrgLab engagements in collaboration with wider OrgLab team and our client-facing teams.

You will prepare accurate, basic documents, models, and storylines to present findings on organization design and operating model opportunities, under the direction of senior colleagues.

You will also support the development and maintenance of OrgLab asset and associated IP with guidance from senior colleagues.
