Job Description – Outbound Sales Representatives

About the Role

As a B2B Outbound Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating new business by reaching out to professional clients using a qualified leads database. Your goal is to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and ensure proper follow-up while maintaining up-to-date records in the CRM system.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively contact professional prospects through outbound calls using a provided leads database
• Present the client’s product offerings clearly and persuasively in French
• Understand customer needs and propose customized solutions
• Maintain accurate data entry and follow-up within the CRM system
• Collaborate with team members to achieve and exceed sales targets

Job Requirements – Outbound Sales Representatives

Qualifications & Requirements

Mandatory:

• Fluency in spoken French (minimum B2 level)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Serious, committed, and results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

• Experience in B2B telesales or a call center environment
• Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes
