Your mission

As a SAP Functional Architect, you will bring industry knowhow, process design expertise, extensive SAP S/4 HANA capabilities, innovation and grasp of best practices in the Technology industry to deliver business value. To work with account teams and Leadership to identify and convert opportunities, deliver/manage complex engagements and work with different teams to meet business goals. By leveraging your deep technical expertise in SAP technologies and your strong understanding of business processes, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, scalable, and sustainable solutions that enhance our organization's competitiveness and growth.

What you'll do at UiPath

Contribute, as a key player in the Accounting & Controlling team, to the UiPath reference architecture:

• Bring to the table strong functional understanding of SAP S/4 HANA Finance and Industry specific Finance process expertise (e.g. New GL, Asset Accounting, Lease Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Financial Closing, Costing, Profitability Analysis etc.)
• Support delivery of large complex project implementations as an SAP S/4 HANA Finance Functional consultant across Pre-Implementation, Implementation and Post-Implementation Phases
• Hands on experience of S/4 HANA is a must
• Harness extensive knowledge combined with an integrated suite of methods, people, and assets to help account teams in solutioning for new projects/extensions

Play a critical role in SAP application design, implementation, and evolution:

• Responsible for SAP functional architecture design. Will work closely with business, IT suppliers and internal project teams, gathering non-functional requirements and benchmarking with market standards to reach the optimal strategy
• Supervision, control, and support project deliveries, working directly with Product Owners, Project Managers and Service Delivery teams (technical and functional).

What you'll bring to the team

Solid experience as a Functional Solution Architect:

• Deep Functional Consulting experience in SAP S/4 HANA Finance
• Hands on functional experience of SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking, and Integration with OTC & PTP) and SAP CO (Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Order etc.)
• Experience in SAP process automation and AI capabilities is a plus
• Ability to do As-Is Process Assessment, To-Be Process Design
• Minimum 4 end-to-end implementation experience in SAP S/4 HANA Finance
• Experience of doing functional design of Finance RICEFW and ability to propose standard SAP best practice solution
• Efficient communication, written and oral; to communicate with executives, management, and technical teams
• Ability to work as a group, take ownership and engage other teams
• Ability to work in a multicultural and distributed context (e.g., IT project teams and business stakeholders in disperse locations around the world
• Ability to work in a hybrid model (onsite, remote, international travel)
• Quick learner and easy adaptable to new technologies
• Problem solver and the ability to define and communicate the “big picture” in terms of the overall integration solution and break it down into smaller manageable work units

Proven experience:

• Minimum 10 years consulting experience in S/4 HANA Finance
• Proven participation in large size projects with a delivery coordination role is a plus
• Core Finance background with Certification in S/4 HANA Finance or any automation/Innovation tool is a plus.
