Technical Customer Service Admin with Finnish

Are you passionate about technology and enjoy helping others?

We are looking for a Finnish-speaking Technical Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic support team. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, international environment and make a real impact by supporting customers with innovative solutions.

While your main focus will be on technical customer service, it's important to note that the volume of non-technical inquiries is currently higher. Therefore, you should be ready and willing to support the general customer service team when needed, by handling or redirecting non-technical issues to the appropriate departments.

Key responsibilities

  • Handling of incoming service requests which includes
  • Receiving requests by email or by service request forms
  • Processing by creating notification and releasing service orders in SAP and handling outbound idocs
  • Creating/updating equipment records in SAP
  • Updating customer master-data
  • DMR process and customer invoicing
  • Third party purchase orders and invoicing
  • General activities:
  • Master-data: adding equipment to contracts, update equipment records and deleting equipment records, requesting missing customer data
  • Updating customer contract data to SAP
  • Onboarding new technicians and third parties

Skills

  • Proficiency in Finnish (minimum B2 level) – both spoken and written
  • Solid English skills (required for internal communication and training)
  • Interest in or basic understanding of technology-related topics
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus
  • Polish language skills are a bonus, but not required
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
