PlanSource is looking for a Customer Account Analyst to work closely with the Account Managers to ensure that client expectations are continually met or exceeded. CAAs provide technical support to existing clients such as: Troubleshooting Complex Client Setup Issues; Configuring the Ben Admin System as Needed (New and Open Enrollment); QA for Partner Vendor Configurations.
Responsibilities / Duties:
- Under the guidance of the Account Manager, your focus will be on the execution of configuration and technical requirements for client projects. These projects involve customer management with a combination of software and services.
- The Client Account Analyst will be responsible for the overall ownership, advancement, coordination, planning and completion of assigned tasks and activities while managing interactions between different internal departments, clients, and vendors to fulfill our contractual obligations.
- This role works in conjunction with the Client Account Manager, performs basic and intermediate technical and service job functions with minimal supervision.
- The work performed in this role will directly impact the productivity, effectiveness, and overall customer satisfaction.
- The Analyst will have a strong working knowledge of processes, expectations, and service-level requirements.
- Executes daily activities with ease and within the outlined service level agreement.
- Consistently exercises effective communication and follow through.
- Ensures all tasks and are delivered on time and accurately.
- Assist with peer mentoring and coaching.
- Reports and escalates to management as needed.
- Measures performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with third-party vendors in conjunction with the assigned Account Manager.
- Attention to detail, quality assurance driven, ability to follow process documentation.
- Assists with department projects or goals.
- Participates in the development and implementation of standard processes and best practices.
- Performs other related duties as assigned and has the ability to take on new tasks or challenges.
- Understand and applies HIPPA, PHI, and PII sensitivity and compliance.
About You
Qualifications
- 2 - 3 years of experience in related field or role.
- Intermediate knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Intermediate skills in MS products including Excel, Word, Outlook, Project, and PowerPoint.
- Displays strong technical aptitude.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment and take lead when necessary.
- Willingly collaborates and shares knowledge with others.
- Practices strong communication skills with a customer service focus.
- Able to comfortably and effectively present to audiences of various sizes.
- Competencies: skilled, prioritization, critical thinking, process management, leadership, time management.
- Works independently with a strong ability to learn new skills.
- Thinks outside the box and willing to explore outside area of expertise.
- Flexible and agile professional with a goal to develop and refine.
