The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- Play key role in driving strategic sourcing initiatives and enable new business models to accelerate growth;
- Lead and coordinate sourcing-related initiatives that support business model innovation;
- Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies for new categories and supplier models;
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Tech teams to co-develop and roll out sourcing features, tools, and workflows;
- Monitor project progress, align cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of sourcing improvements;
- Build visibility through tracking tools and dashboards that support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in consulting, e-commerce, business analytics, or project management role;
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and numerical and analytical skills;
- Flexible mindset, willingness to pivot and adapt to rapid changes;
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to multitask;
- Good command of English (verbal and written communication).
