Proficiency in Windows 10/11 environments.
Provide first-line support for desktops, laptops, Servers and mobile devices.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Respond to incidents via ticketing systems.
Set up and configure new desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Perform routine system updates, patch management, and antivirus scans.
Monitor system performance and proactively address issues.
Maintain asset inventory and software license compliance.
Report and escalate potential security threats.
Install and update operating systems and business applications.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Supporting Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
Experience with tools like TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or SCCM Remote Control.
Knowledge of antivirus, firewalls, encryption, and endpoint protection.
Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
Staying current with evolving technologies and tools.
Logical thinking and structured troubleshooting under pressure.
