Multiple CNC Machinist Positions – Temporary Assignment

Day & Second Shift

Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking skilled and motivated CNC Machinists for multiple temporary openings in Wyoming, MN. This is a great opportunity for individuals with CNC experience who are looking to contribute to a high-performance manufacturing team in the production industry.

Pay & Schedule

Hourly Pay: $26.00 (Day Shift) | $29.00 (Second Shift)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:45 AM – 2:15 PM (Day Shift)

Note: Second shift candidates must be willing to train on first shift before transitioning.

Pay Frequency: Weekly

Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Set up CNC machines for tooling required in horseshoe manufacturing, following all safety and SOP regulations including MUSTAD Performance Systems (MPS)
• Operate a minimum of two CNC machines simultaneously
• Prepare, cut, and grind raw materials
• Set up and operate wire EDM and other equipment as needed
• Document and report using ERP software
• Perform quality control checks using DG&T tools
• Cross-train on all machines and assist in training others
• Recommend process improvements
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Previous CNC machining experience required
• Ability to operate and set up multiple machines
• Familiarity with wire EDM and ERP systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Willingness to train on first shift if applying for second shift
