Salary: $22-$24/hour

We are seeking at Customer Service Representative for a client located in Eagan, MN. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice and helpful hand that supports educators and school administrators. From answering questions to processing orders, your role is essential in ensuring a seamless customer experience from first contact to post-sale support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and care
• Guide potential customers through product options and support existing users
• Enter and manage data in our customer management system
• Process purchase orders and phone orders accurately
• Provide timely and accurate price quotes
• Prepare and send invoices
• Handle product returns and issue credits
• Support additional business projects as needed

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a customer service role
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Strong computer proficiency (CRM experience a plus)
• A customer-first mindset and problem-solving attitude
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and upbeat team player

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
