Material Handler - Forklift
$17.00/hour
6 am - 2:30 pm plus OT as needed
We are seeking a skilled Material Handler & Forklift Operator to join our dynamic production team. This essential role ensures smooth material flow and efficient operations on our fast-paced factory floor.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts to move finished goods throughout the production area
- Stock production lines with necessary components and materials
- Remove empty containers and pallets from production lines
- Maintain a clean and organized workplace
- Perform additional cross-functional tasks as assigned
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid forklift operator certification
- Proven experience operating forklifts in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
