This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 6 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including La Dame de Pic (French cuisine, 2*Michelin Star), Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dinning, afternoon tea & bar).

About Rotunda Bar & Lounge in Four Seasons Hotel at Tower Bridge:

Presiding at the heart of the Four Seasons Hotel at Tower Bridge, Rotunda is a stylish and elegant venue set beneath an art deco domed ceiling, serving an all-day dining menu.

In the evenings the Rotunda transforms into a relaxed, yet sophisticated cocktail bar, where Head of Bars Michele Lombardi creations take centre stage. Perfect for after work drinks, pre-dinner aperitivo or a nightcap, the bar offers an impressive menu of creative cocktails, refined classics and rare vintage spirits as well as delicious bar snacks.

The Host/Hostess role:

As the first point of contact for our guests, the Host/Hostess plays a vital role in creating a memorable first impression. You’ll greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism, manage reservations, and support the team in delivering seamless service across the restaurant, bar, and lounge.

What you will do:

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Manage reservations and walk-ins using the booking system
• Coordinate seating to ensure smooth flow of service and guest satisfaction
• Communicate effectively with the service team to manage table turnover and guest preferences
• Provide accurate wait times and manage guest expectations during busy periods
• Maintain a polished and welcoming presence at the host stand
• Assist with administrative tasks such as menus, guest notes, and special requests

The ideal Host/Hostess will have:

• At least one year of experience in a food and beverage or hospitality setting
• A genuine passion for guest service and creating memorable experiences
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (spoken and written)
• A polished, professional appearance and confident, friendly manner
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with reservation systems is a plus
