Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect with 14 to 17 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Kinaxis Supply Planning Generative AI and various Kinaxis modules. This role involves designing and implementing innovative solutions to optimize supply chain processes. The position is hybrid with no travel required and operates during day shifts.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of supply chain solutions using Kinaxis modules to enhance operational efficiency.
Oversee the integration of Generative AI technologies to improve forecasting and planning accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment of Kinaxis solutions in manufacturing and supply chain environments.
Provide expert guidance on Kinaxis Inventory Planning and Optimization to streamline inventory management.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for solution architectures and processes.
Conduct workshops and training sessions to upskill team members on Kinaxis Fundamentals and best practices.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for solution development.
Ensure solutions align with organizational goals and contribute to overall business growth.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to identify areas for improvement.
Support the sales and operations planning process by providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine solutions to meet evolving business needs.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of supply chain operations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform solution development.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in Kinaxis Supply Planning and related modules.
Demonstrate proficiency in Generative AI technologies and their application in supply chain processes.
Have a strong background in manufacturing and supply chain domains.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Show a proven track record of successful solution architecture and implementation.
Display strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Be adaptable to changing business requirements and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
