Job Title: Project/Program Manager

Job Description

The role serves as the owner's on-site construction management representative for a 25M retrofit in an operational distribution center. This position supports a Construction Manager who may be responsible for multiple sites across the region and is unable to provide frequent site presence. The role ensures consistency through delegated management of the General Contractor and daily coordination with stakeholders and site operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support a Construction Manager who may be assigned multiple sites across the region, providing site presence as needed.
  • Provide consistent management through delegated oversight of the General Contractor and daily coordination with stakeholders and site operations.
  • Coordinate and complete the project/program, overseeing all aspects including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress.
  • Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of the project/program.

  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude

Work Environment

This position requires physical presence onsite in Fort Worth, TX, as an assistant construction manager. The role involves supporting blue badge counterparts and requires a 'boots on the ground' approach.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.
