We’re building the next generation of secure application platforms for Windows for the agentic future and we’re looking for Senior and Principal Product Managers to lead security and isolation investments for the Win32 ecosystem. This is a rare opportunity to shape how developers build and run classic desktop apps in a modern, secure-by-default environment. You’ll work at the intersection of OS fundamentals, application security, and developer experience to deliver platform capabilities that balance strong security boundaries with developer flexibility.
This work is also a critical pillar in our mission to evolve Windows into the best and most secure platform for agents and computer-use agents (CUAs). As agents take on increasingly autonomous roles – interpreting context, executing tasks on behalf of users, and interacting across applications and services – the underlying security model must evolve to support isolation, least-privilege execution, secure identity, and policy enforcement by default. This team sits at the heart of that transformation, infusing AI and agentic capabilities deeply into the Windows operating system and platform, while maintaining trust, integrity, and control at every layer.
This role is ideal for a technically inclined PM who wants to define the product direction for secure app execution, sandboxing, and least-privilege models, and partner deeply with engineering to drive end-to-end execution.
Why Join Us?
The Windows Platform & Developer team is redefining the modern application platform for security, performance, and innovation. As a PM in this space, you’ll have the opportunity to drive foundational change across the Windows ecosystem, build for developers at massive scale, and shape the security principles of the world’s most widely used desktop platform.
