About the Role & Team:

The Sensitive Information Protection (SIP) Integration Manager is a strategic leader responsible for embedding and advancing SIP standards across multiple Disney Experiences business segments. This role acts as a key liaison between Global Security SIP standards, WDI methodology, and DX business unit needs, ensuring a consistent and scalable approach to protecting sensitive content and intellectual property.

The DX SIP Integration Manager is responsible for leading, planning, and driving Sensitive Information Protection processes on global projects. The position reports to the Manager, Sensitive Information Protection - WDI, and is based in Glendale.

What You Will Do:

  • Conduct SIP risk assessments for global projects and deliver optimized strategies for each tier
  • Drive SIP initiative rollouts from executive engagements to stakeholder training.
  • Develop and maintain centralized work plans and status updates.
  • Manage third-party vendor resources for SIP-related projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure SIP initiative awareness and relevancy segment-wide.
  • Curate resources and assets to support SIP team members and site projects.
  • Standardize SIP processes across regions and streamline segmented approaches.
  • Implement strategic initiatives that align with key stakeholders for development of the Company’s intellectual property from concept to delivery.
  • Provide expert guidance in enterprise risk discussions and mitigation solutions.
  • Lead global SIP programs and ensure alignment with regional standards.
  • Use data-driven metrics to measure and improve SIP program effectiveness.

Skillset and Qualifications Required:

  • 7+ years of project management experience, including full lifecycle delivery.
  • At least 3 years of experience in themed entertainment.
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration and influence across leadership levels.
  • Experience in training, risk assessments, and process improvement.
  • Strong program/project management and change management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with evolving technologies.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Themed-Entertainment Project Experience is required.
  • PMP certification.

  • Experience with SSDLC in a media environment.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Communication, Business, or equivalent

The hiring range for this position in California is $103,500 to $138,800 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
