The Sr. Program Financial Control Analyst will support the business, direct the Eagle Command financial function as a site lead, and drive fiscal performance in line with the DAS Operation and MDS’s overall business and strategic objectives. This contract is an IDIQ. The Lead will work closely with the Eagle Command Program Managers, to ensure that business strategies and plans are implemented, forecasts and plans are developed, and continually monitored, and financial objectives are achieved. The position will have significant impact on the MDS Portfolios operational accomplishments and will be responsible for specific processes within the program. This position requires a problem solver that can pull together knowledge from a broad range of subjects to produce thorough analyses of complex, challenging issues, and use those analyses to find solutions, and someone who has worked similar contract and size. Excellent communication skills both internally and externally are essential to the success of this position as we work with all functional peers along with the program teams – both Leidos program teams and the customer program teams.

What you’ll be doing:

The Sr. Program Finance Analyst will be functionally responsible for the following broad areas:

• Site Lead that will be responsible for program life-cycle activities such as project setup/ maintenance, invoicing support, accruals, financial projections, and month end close.
• Aid in the development and maintenance of Estimates at Completion (EAC)s on a large, complex program
• Managing subcontractor hours and costs and assessing funding needs
• Implementation of financial policies and procedures in support of projects.
• Significant interaction with the Program Managers on site, and may involve interaction with Ops/Line Management, Finance personnel, Contracts personnel, Procurement, senior technical personnel, and various other functional or support organizations.
• Exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results and contributes through statistical reporting, analysis, estimates, and auditing.
• Prepares written, verbal, and quantitative reports for customer deliverables including the Contract Status Funds Report (CFSR)
• Aid in the development of program annual operating plans (AOP) and Quarterly Forecasts.
• Reporting and variance analysis to include Revenue, Profit, Cash, Backlog, Risk and Opportunities.
• Participation in proposals through cost modeling and providing input into cost volumes.

What does Leidos need from me?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline plus 12-15 years related experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of multiple contract types: FFP, FPLOE, T&M, Cost Plus and hybrid contracts
• Proficient Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
• Proficient Communication Skills
• TS Clearance level with the ability to obtain an SCI clearance and polygraph

Favorable if you have:

• Program Finance experience of similar contract type and size
• Knowledge of Leidos Financial Systems and Processes
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence
• Experience in pricing and working directly with the customer in an IDIQ fashion

Pay Range:

Pay Range $112,450.00 - $203,275.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
