1st Shift Material Handler needed in the Mentor area.
Starting at $17.00 (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, load, unload, and distribute materials, parts, and products using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment
- Accurately verify, count, and document incoming and outgoing shipments
- Transport raw materials to production lines and remove finished goods for storage or shipping
- Maintain organized and safe storage of inventory and supplies
- Perform routine inventory checks and assist with cycle counting
- Label, scan, and track materials using warehouse management systems or manual logs
- Follow safety procedures, company policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years forklift experience
- SAP knowledge is a plus
