We are seeking an Art Director to join our team. This is a creative role focused on shaping compelling visual narratives that reflect and reinforce our organizational culture. You'll work closely with producers, content strategists, and cross-functional teams to lead the development of multi-format creative assets—ranging from video and motion design to illustration and graphic content. This role sits at the intersection of culture, communication, and creativity, and is ideal for someone with a strong narrative instinct, art direction skills, and a passion for using visuals to inspire internal engagement.
In this role, you will:
1. Lead conceptual development and visual direction of culture content, including but not limited to motion graphics, animated explainers, internal campaigns, and editorial design across various platforms;
2. Design and deliver high-quality visual assets with creativity, and consistency;
3. Translate values, principles, and messages into emotionally resonant visual stories through suitable styles, and formats;
4. Partner and mentor team members, through structured ideation, creative reviews, and quality control across projects;
5. Collaborate cross-functionally with various internal stakeholders to transform briefs into impactful creative concepts and campaigns;
6. Oversee project execution, timelines and workflows to meet deadlines and ensure efficiency in the work process;
7. Stay current with creative trends in visual storytelling to keep creative outputs fresh and relevant.
Minimum Qualifications
1. 5+ years of experience in art direction or visual design;
2. A compelling portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and design execution across multiple content formats;
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro ), and familiarity with tools like Figma or similar;
4. Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, composition, color, and motion design principles. Proven ability to transform abstract or strategic ideas into clear, engaging visual narratives.
5. Experience managing feedback cycles, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering work under tight timelines.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Preferably worked in a creative agency or brand's in-house team;
2. Strong communication skills and presentation confidence.
