What you will do:
The Sales Operations & Insights Analyst role supports the Sales team by leading the translation of insights from internal ERP platform, production, warehouse inventory, retailer portals, and various data sources into actionable retail recommendations that will help to influence operation decisions at the retailer for the implementation of replenishment initiatives to optimize supply chain efficiencies.
Sales Operations & Insights Analyst will have responsibility for the logistics network design, inventory management, forecasting, replenishment, and other processes that integrate supply and demand needs.
This role will also support sales planning activities by ensuring policy and procedures are followed for accuracy of entry, timely updates, approvals, and closing of events in internal and external systems. It is also responsible for entry of all promotional plans in our ERP system and ensuring accuracy between customer-facing contracts and internal systems.
This role will also assist our deductions team in communications with the customer on post audit negotiations and other financial obligations.
This role partners with our internal corporate teams to ensure our satellite office in Cincinnati properly functions and receives any needed maintenance, repairs, or replenishment of supplies.
This is a role that requires effective communication with the customer, excellent teamwork abilities, time and project management skills, and the ability to be flexible and willing to help the sales team achieve successful long-term results.
