Description:

As a Product Owner, you will work with 2-3 Business Client Services (BCS) teams and/or Innovation squads to help build the requirements for features, PoCs, experiments and/or new applications for use by the enterprise.

You will be responsible for driving the development and execution of innovative products and solutions within the organization. This role involves collaborating with engineering teams, product management and the organization at large to define and prioritize the backlog of PoCs, experiments, GenAI product enhancements and new products. You will help with the definition of strategy, vision and roadmap, ensuring our products aligns with the company's goals for innovation and growth.

We will count on you to:

  • Collaborate with engineering teams, product management, and the organization to define and prioritize the backlog of PoCs, experiments, GenAI product enhancements, and new products;
  • Play a key role in innovation and generative AI development;
  • Contribute to the strategic R&D tech hub delivering industry-leading solutions for colleagues across the enterprise;
  • Maintain an actionable, prioritized team backlog of problems to solve;
  • Express requirements in well-written stories with clear acceptance criteria;
  • Proactively communicate progress, decisions, impediments, and risks;
  • Advocate for the problems for which solutions should be built and articulate the business value of the work delivered;
  • Promote continuous improvement and encourage the team to make reasonable commitments to achieve predictability;
  • Work with agile development team(s) to deliver great products and services for our customers;
  • Know your product details and contribute a genuine passion and enthusiasm for the product and mission;
  • Work with business and technical product managers with the definition of product features and functionality;
  • Maintain an actionable, prioritized team backlog of problems to solve;
  • Express requirements in well written stories which have clear acceptance criteria;
  • Proactively communicate progress, decisions, impediments and risks;
  • Promote continuous improvement;
  • Advocate the problems for which solutions should be built;
  • Articulate the business value of the work we deliver;
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency to identify and mitigate risks and dependencies;
  • Encourages the team to make reasonable commitments to achieve predictability;

What you need to have:

  • minimum 2 years of experience as a business analyst or in product management;
  • 2 + years of experience working within a Lean-agile software product development method;
  • Proven ability to define and document product requirements into small, well-articulated, and valuable deliverables;
  • A passion for metrics and driving value, with the ability to articulate the value of the work delivered;
  • A baseline understanding of technical environments;
