About the Role

1.Yulan项目工作：负责交易系统相关建设，PE/RE系统建设项目推进，监管场检环境建设。

2. 项目结束后BAU工作：组合绩效分析系统的管理和运维，交易系统日常运维，泛微系统日常运维。

Roles and Responsibilities:

• 沟通协调：在Yulan项目中，协调业务部门、IT部门和外部关联方，完成复杂的任务性工作。
• 项目管理：在Yulan交易系统分仓改造项目和PR/RE系统建设项目中，按照项目管理流程，制定项目规划、管理项目质量、控制项目风险，推动项目交付工作。
• 系统管理：熟练掌握组合绩效分析系统，交易系统，泛微系统的日常管理与运维。

Job Requirements:

• 熟悉项目管理流程，具备项目规划、质量管理、风险管理、进度管理等能力。
• 能够对业务需求进行分析，提供切实可行的解决方案。
• 精通Java编程语言，熟悉Spring Boot，Spring MVC, MyBatis等主流框架，能独立完成复杂的项目开发。
• 熟悉Oracle，Mysql等主流数据库，熟悉Sql语言，具备Sql优化能力。
• 熟悉投资业务流程包括投研、交易、估值、绩效分析等专业知识，具备保险投资系统规划能力，对投资业务需求进行分析并提供解决方案。
• 有较强抗压能力，能独立完成投资系统的规划，建设和运维管理。工作严谨，具备优异的团队协作精神，学习能力，沟通能力和责任心。
• 具备组建投资IT团队能力，有3年以上投资IT团队管理经验者优先。
• 英语水平良好，能进行英语听说和读写。
• 具有保险资管/证券资管/保险公司从业经验者优先。
