Amazon’s Studio126 offers physical creative spaces and services for all types of talent and entertainment. With locations around the world, Studio126 features content capture studios, state of the art audio playback lounges, luxury green rooms, and more.

Studio126 is seeking a Program Manager to join our Los Angeles team. This role will be responsible for the coordination and planning lifecycle for all internal work staged at our creative spaces. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are properly planned, scheduled, and handed off to talent and production teams for seamless execution through clear, proactive communication.

Key job responsibilities

  • Translate creative briefs into written activation plans and schedules
  • Chair pre-production kick-offs with Production and Talent Experience teams
  • Coordinate the development of run of show and communication protocols for handoff to talent and production teams
  • Document wrap reports and circulate post-mortems
  • Evangelize Studio126 capabilities in quarterly planning sessions
  • Maintain transparent communication channels with all stakeholders throughout the activation process
  • Work closely with the Production Manager to align technical requirements and resources

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • 4+ years in live-content production and talent-relations project management
  • Demonstrated professional record of delivering multi-stakeholder projects on deadline
  • Working knowledge of studio workflows and hospitality standards
  • Strong written narrative skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience facilitating cross-functional discussions
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-pressure situations with professionalism and effectively resolve creative differences between talent and production teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • Familiarity with production-tracking platforms such as ShotGrid or Asana
  • Proven professional experience delivering activations across at least two media types (audio, video, livestream)
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and organizational levels

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
